Wedding planning was a nightmare for most Covid era couples. Chelsey and Aaron had planned a wedding in their home of Fort Wayne, IN. When all their plans got tossed to the wind, they reached out and invited me to run away to with them. Fern Acres in Forks, Washington is right out of a movie script. While their new wedding plans meant a more intimate celebration, it was a wedding day bursting with love.

I know you may be thinking “Twilight” vibes, but ironically that was not the motivator behind this venue! Fern Acres is filled with mossy forest dreams. Simply magical is the only way I can describe every moment of their wedding day. At the end of the night, everyone drove down to La Push Beach to enjoy a firework display. La Push is protected Native Land so we didn’t capture that moment, but know it was an absolutely perfect end to a lovely wedding day.
